"One of the worst experiences ever. Purchased a large order for a work function. My fellow employees immediately started complaining of the taste. Clearly all of the food was cooked in old oil, the fries were stale as if they had sat under a heat lamp for an hour. The crab cakes were old and greasy. It was the worst experience I've ever had here. Upon calling and voicing our complaint. The individual on the phone said, "All the food has to be returned for a refund". Really? How should I return it? My co-workers had already eaten some, and our office is 30 minutes away. Terrible food and terrible customer service."

"If you want cold, refried fries on a Saturday night, then this is the perfect place for you. My husband & I can’t even enjoy our meal because the fries are that disgusting. It’s beyond ridiculous that restaurants are allowed to sell food with such low standards. Our wait in the drive-thru was so extensive, but I reassured my husband by saying “well at least we know the food is fresh”. Unfortunately, I was gravely mistaken. Apparently, I missed the memo that “fast food means refried & low quality”. This was a complete waste of money."

"Not only did I havt to wait 30 mins and it was only 3 cars in line they were rude gave me the wrong fish cold fries and unsweetened tea my total was almost 50$ for the wrong food and cold food when I called I was hung up on when I came they were so mean and nasty 1 of them even acted like they were going to assault me I will be contacting BBB!"

"Madddd nasty I am so disappointed and discussed this was a waste of time, money and emotion. The lack of care for the food left me speechless. It tasted like bleach. This was once my favorite place to go when I touch down. Now I probably won't be back. The photos below are unbelievable. I'm bout to cry"

"Always love Captain D's and their 2 pcs fish dinner. Stopped by today and was fortunate to catch it on the lunch special which was a BONUS!!! Also, those very unhealthy cracklins are so freaking good."
