"Terrible wait time, bad food quality, forgot half my order. Sorry, but I do not recommend this dining establishment."

"Everytime I come here it's something different. I don't normally complain but if they gone give me a large fry with my supreme combo at least give me some fresh fries. Look like I was giving a large fry that was old and have been sitting for a min. They gave me 4 tenders with a large fry that was old. The girl who took my order didn't even ask if I want a 4 or 6 piece she just gave me what ever at the window. Think this my last time eating here. Lunch hours my order always messed up. & At night y'all think y'all could just give us food that has been sitting? Until someone gets sick."

"This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this location. It may be the last. Ordered 4 piece supreme combo, dirty rice, tea and bbq sauce. I got the tea and the supremes, but they screwed the rest up. Gave me bo-rounds and no sauce at all. Why should I have to double check my order before I leave?"

"Had a mobile order earlier today at around 1:00pm. 9/24/2020. Turns out they didn't have chicken they I already ordered. And I have no way (that I know of) to get a refund. And they blamed me because I ordered the food that they didn't have. How am I supposed to know what they have when I am using the Mobile order app. I don't blame the people working there just a unfortunate experience."

"My first time ever going to this Bojangles was this Monday, and I was not happy with the person who took my order. Even before I went up and ordered, I felt like he was berating me in some way just because I am Asian. When it was time for me to order I forgot that it is not 10:30 yet, I did not have my phone out because I did not want to play on my phone so I did not know my time, and accidentally ordered some lunch menu items because I usually eat lunch around 11, but ate early because I had nothing to do and was hungry. He just said "We don't serve lunch until 10:30." I was like okay because I forgot that it is still early, and guess what he did right after during the middle of placing my order? Talked to his co-workers and walked away for a while and stood there for a solid minute berating me that I ordered something from the lunch menu at that time. I was obviously not happy, and I would probably not come back to this Bojangles anymore. Also, the line is by almost always long! If I go to another Bojangles, I would just order and leave in under 10 minutes, while for this Bojangles, it would take a minimum of 20-30 minutes for your order. I should've just went to another Bojangles to eat in the first place because I drove to the campus for class."
