"Rude staff with nasty attitudes. Never received my food and all they did was verbally berate the driver trying to pick it up. Someone needs to teach them how to speak to people because they are not cut out to work with the public."

"We ordered the Philly cheese steaks from this location three times. It was wonderful the first time. It was made by a different person and the last two were made by the same person and it was almost horrible. The bread was stale and the sandwich wasn’t cut. I usually like this location because the items and sandwiches are better but this location has changed"

"I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. This was the first time that I wasn't able to finish a sub from there. It was poorly made and very sloppy. It actually made me sick to my stomach. I will chop it up to the person having a bad night. I definitely haven't given up on them, and I always recommend them."

"Most poorly managed Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. The bread and meat/cheese slicer Guy couldn’t remember which sandwiches we ordered, second employee seemed to be unsure what “Mike’s way” meant, cashier was rude, she was more concerned with the online orders coming through and not the alive and in person customers standing in front of her. I’m pretty sure we were overcharged too but anything to get out of there. They were out of lids for regular cups and the root beer was out of syrup. Every trash can was over flowing trash. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilets had rings of filth in the bowls. Good thing I was just passing through Charlotte. I’ll never be back to this location."
