"I had the BEST experience shopping here. Geoffrey and Kelsey were so helpful as I picked my first pair of Madewell jeans today. I originally ordered a pair that was not a good fit and I honestly would not have known this without their feedback. They were super honest that the pair I originally purchased was not the most flattering. I am tiny in height with some curves so I have never had a good experience buying jeans. Ever. We talked through options and I tried on several pairs before walking away with the petite Stove Pipe jeans! Caroline checked me out and she was so sweet! Thanks so much for she great service"

"Great selection! We were all about a little business casual and Tara was there to make our first trip to Durham a successful shopping one! She went above and beyond to help with options and even borrowed the one X Small blazer from another dressing room to try on for size, we ordered it shipped to our home free shipping! "-Sales girl (forgot her name) greeted us as we came into the store with a friendly smile and let us know she was available to assist in any way. -As we waited in line to make our purchase we were browsing the jewelry and were cut in front of by a customer wanting to make a quick return. The sales women handled the situation and did make that person aware that we had been waiting and assisted us with our purchase. Only reason for the 4 star rating..lacking the ability to brand/emboss items in store."
