"10/28/23 6:41 pm. Would be an ZERO star if available…….Eddie stated they were out of “mini” size bread….charging the same amount for very small slice! The Cashier took a $20.00 gift card and told me the amount I had left to pay. She did NOT apply or return gift card!!!!!! Charged FULL AMOUNT on my credit card. She was a thief and Eddie had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. They will hear from me IF they ever answer the phone"

"I’ve been to this location a few times. Obviously it’s my favorite one because I pass at least three other locations on my way to this one. The #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak is my go to! I like it without mushrooms but add the cherry pepper relish ; Thank me later! My sub is always made well at this location. You can see from the photo of the end of my sub it’s packed with goodness to the last bite."

"High turnover of Managers means high turnover of customer service. I am a REGULAR here and my guys are gone! I witness 3 changes in management in the last year! This last manger makes me not even want to tell him how I want my sub. I was close to walking out or telling him make what you think I want! His mannerisms, frowns made me not want to order! He even stated while making my sub I knew I should’ve went home. My thoughts, yeah you should if you have a problem with how I want my sub! Guess I’ll be going to University from now on out! Change your manager or watch a drop in your revenue!!"

"I only stopped here because I was in the area and my friend want a sandwich as well. The sub I ordered I had to keep telling manger and staff that they was making my sandwich wrong. I finally got my sandwich 10 min later. When I got home sandwich was still wrong I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I got a chicken Philly cheesesteak and it is nasty. I called over 40 times in a row and no one ever answered. My friend called behind me and and they answered. Nothing resolved. I’m very picky on how my food is made and this store have made me never want to visit again. If I could give a 0 I surely would. This store need to get it together & quickly!!!"

"Ordered a tuna in a tub and it was definietly not up to par. It had a little lettuce that was wivered up . Manager was not helpful with my order since I ordered through post mates she said she could not help me at all. It os unacceptable to let any food come out of your eatablishement looking the way my food did. The workers need training on how to prepare high dollar food !"
