"Very bad service and attitude Was seated next to a ‘highway’ facing toilets & kitchen-looking at every person coming in n out. Server’s language- ‘Man what do you want me to do?’ Forgets silverware for everyone at the table. No extra napkins, eachone gets one napkin as ration when asked. Brings out small bowls when asked for sharing plates, tells me I got to wait since they have run out, whatever that meant. I was visibly upset, the server didn’t really care to better this service, I sensed. So just quietly finished the dinner without further engagement with him. Told the manager that I hated the service n the place we were seated. Paid, the least tip since Restaurants in America thinks it’s their right to be tipped even for worst customer service. Not going back! Food is ok."
"Excellent food at a good price and if you come right after the lunch rush you get lots of attention. Despite the late lunch, all of the chips were very fresh with a fresh salsa that still had a little crunch to the onions. The jalapeno salsa is a little on the spicy side for those that don't go that route. The regular salsa did not have much spiciness, so should be good for most tastes. The Fajita Bowl looked a lot better before I dug in, sorry. Was really hungry and forgot to get this pic at the beginning. The rice, beans, and all other components are not layered, but massed around. You have to stir it up a little if you want a good combination of flavors. The sautéed, whole, mushrooms made for a great addition in place of traditional proteins. For a lunch portion, this was quite generous. The "fried" ice cream is not fried, but was freshly rolled in sweetened corn flakes so had a nice crispiness. The cinnamon and sugar on the tortilla bowl was perfect and also freshly fried."
"If you have been to the Ballantyne location, this one is not in alliance with them whatsoever!!! I only went to this location, thinking it was like the one at Ballantyne, but boy was I wrong number one the menu was completely different. This is more of a Americanized Mexican restaurant versus authentic. The flavor of every dish we tried was a one out of 10 we even had to add lime salt and pepper to the guacamole . The beef was dry with no flavor. The chicken was chewy, and the fiesta platter was literally a waste of money. They have a downstairs where you can get a view of the water, and it wasn’t even brought to our attention. They put us in a very unflattering part of the restaurant as to where we felt in the way long story short if you are looking to visit as a part as this is not the experience you want try the Ballantyne location completely different restaurant and corporation"
"The Pork Carnitas was ok, the Calamari was pretty good, and the queso was not bad at all. Hubby got the Pollo De Crema, he always get this, he said it was good."
"Great waiter. All the food ordered was amazing. Patio area overlooks the waterway. Didn't care for the salsa."
