"I came there on 12/08/2023 an purchased a taco supreme a mexican pizza combo an it’s wasn’t correct when I checked it when I arrrived at work that day. I immediately called back and spoke with the manager, and she told me to bring it back and they will redo my order. I came back a week later when I was on that side of town to get my order replaced an I spoke with two unprofessional young ladies that refused to replace my order at this location. I recorded the whole conversation an I have pictures of my food. I have contacted the BBB a the Attorney General Office about my complaint a concerns. Please customer don’t visit this location at all‼️"

"Absolutely horrid experience last night, and honestly the cherry on top for me. I got to the drive-thru window, and the teller took my cash, only to come back with a dollar in quarters that was supposed to be $2.88, all while cheerfully letting me know that they don't have anything else and that no one set her up with a change drawer. The hand-off of the food was also pretty bad. My order was supposed to be $17 worth of food, and the girl at the window handed me 2 hard tacos & had to be reminded of the drink. I was furious. While they did remake my order, the damage was already done, and it didn't help that I got looks & laughs from the window while the staff last night obviously didn't care about what they were doing. I get it, late nights suck, and more often than not this franchise spot shorts me an item or two and I shrug it off because I don't want to add extra stress, but last night's interactions are it for me. No way in hell should anyone visit this spot till they clean their act up. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere from now on, which also sucks because I'm a regular. It'd just be nice if the people here cared a bit more about what their job was."

"If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Waiting 20 mins for “fast food” is crazy! I never in my life had an experience like this. Seeing people who ordered after me get food before me blew me away. Door Dashers who had been waiting up to 30 mins even cancelled and let. Staff members didn’t apologize for any delays or speak up until well after the fact of another person coming in and letting them know that many people had been waiting."

"I ordered some Spicy Potato Tacos without cheese. Upon pickup in the drivethru, I saw there was cheese. I went in to request a remake and one of the employees ran from the back to say, "I know I made them wrong." The manager replied, "You know you need to make them right, right?" The employee then remade my order and looked me in the eyes to say, "There's no cheese in these". I gave her the benefit of the doubt and did not check. When I got home, there was no cheese AND no potatoes: just lettuce, sauce, and tortilla. Thank you for wasting my time and lying directly to my face. Taco Bell support then offered a singular free individual item as an apology, as the restaurant itself can not offer a refund."

"The manager on shift replaced my meal with ease when I had to return today for my meal from the previous day due to the poor quality of the food I was served in my previous order the day before. The manager on the shift was Isaac- Great Job Isaac!!! Thank you for making this right for me without a hassle!!! I also want to say great job to employee- Will, for exemplifying what an experience should be! I love your energy, please do not let anyone dim your light, you may not know it, but you are a light for other's! Great Job!!!"
