Biscuitville

"We came in on January 1st (2024) knowing that it would probably be busy. It was VERY busy with cars wrapped around the whole building for the drive through so we decided to go in. Inside was also packed and it was quite obvious that the staff was overwhelmed with the amount of orders. We had no problem with the wait as we prefer biscuitville to most breakfast places and over all fast food breakfast. The staff was working so hard to churn out the orders and when we finally got our food I was honestly surprised at the speed and quality of our order. We got egg cheese and bacon biscuits— the eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and the biscuit was amazing as always. The staff was communicating and working so well together. They deserve a raise for dealing with as many customers as they had to this morning. Someone in corporate pay your employees what they deserve. Thank you!"

"I had the spicy honey chicken combo. Frankly it was just bad. The chicken was about 2 cm thick and overcooked. The biscuit was very thin too. The hashbrown was fine.. The service was good and the price was good as well. However, too many better options out there for a biscuit sandwich, especially a chicken biscuit. I may give them one more try and just not order chicken. Hopefully it was just a outlier."

"Was excited to give this location a second try but ended up being disappointed again. My order was given to me as thrown together, sloppy mess. The paper that the biscuit was wrapped in was soaked with grease, my pancakes were cold and hard, the watermelon drink had a bad aftertaste. I had to ask the young lady working the drive-thru for napkins, syrup and a fork because there was absolutely nothing in the bag. Customer-service is lacking. Handing someone their order and not saying a single word is so bizarre to me. I never complain at restaurants and I was going to let it go but for $15… nah. I had to turn around and ask to speak to a manager. The woman completely skipped over the food quality issues and told me my order could be remade. I asked for a refund and threw the drink in the trash. I won’t be back."

"Stopped by through here during a long drive. They have a drive through and it didn’t take too long to get through even with the long line they had when we got there. I got the chicken biscuit and it was good, employees were friendly. Combo comes with a drink and a side, we got a hash brown, they were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!"
