"Came in to purchase new tires. The person who helped me choose the right tires was great and I was happy with the results. The reason for the less than 5 star review is that after choosing the tires and agreeing to the service, I priced everything out on the Pep Boys website and it was ~$50 less than what I was charged, specifically the road hazard warranty on the tires. When I went to pick up the vehicle I asked about this, and the person just told me that the online price and in-store price are different and that I should have just done everything online if I wanted the lower price. I spent over $1000 at their store, they should have honored their advertised prices."
"I had the light come on in my car indicating low tire pressure. I filled it at a gas station myself but the light still remained. A friend suggested calling Pep Boys and they fit me in 30 minutes before closing to check and inflate my tires. They were super - very courteous and didn't even charge me. It's hard to find that kind of service nowadays. Highly recommend."
