Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"3rd time within two weeks that my wings were old/dry!!! Seems like they were cooked the day before and refried. Customers KNOW the difference and we pay too much for this kind of service. They were also cold! I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. WHY are they cold?!!!"

"First, let me say this grilled chicken Philly was delicious and fresh. However, the one on the left is what's advertised, the one on the right is what was served. Loaded with chicken, slack on the veggies, but very tasty! I would recommend it, just don't expect it to look like the one on tv, and it's not a huge sandwich but for $11 for the combo, it's a great deal!"

"Management,higher ups, whomever…. Needs to physically go and observe the staff. Today my husband waited for his food because the person in the drive through was eating…my husband also said that he could hear people joking and laughing while he said his order in the drive thru. The food is very good but the customer service is sooo terrible."

"I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this particular Zaxby’s and this last one was the final straw. I was attempting to pick up food via the drive through and witnessed the employee at the window try to give me food that had been returned by the driver in front of me. That means that driver opened the box, looked at the food while in his vehicle then returned it after realizing it was not what they ordered. I don’t work in the fast food industry but even I know that the correct protocol would have been to discard of that order and remake it instead of giving it to another customer after it was in someone else’s vehicle. Once I got to the window I observed the bag that was handed to the previous customer sitting next to the window. Before handing the employee my credit card, I asked if that was my food sitting there by the window. She nonchalantly replied, “I don’t know.” To which I responded “Can you Check?” She checked and said it was not my order. So you could imagine my surprise when she handed me the exact same bag after processing my payment. When I questioned her, she responded that ‘someone told her it wasn’t the same order but they were mistaken.’ I was able to get a refund right then and there. I will not be returning to this particular Zaxby’s and strongly believe that this location should be shutdown so that a better managed restaurant can be put in its place."

"Food great, but no bread served with the chicken finger plate. Would have asked but they were super short staffed. Chicken and fries were hot and tasty. Place was clean, but atmosphere is dated. Staff very friendly even though short-staffed. Coke freestyle was flat."
