"Me and my friend ordered curbside pickup for TWO boberry biscuits. We waited in curbside for at least 20 minutes. When they didn’t come, we called, and they told us we had to come inside even though we ordered curbside. She also hung-up on me in the middle of a sentence. We got inside and waited another 10 minutes at the cash register and the man told us to wait for someone near pickup to take our order. We waited there for another 5-10 minutes and no one came so he finally made it for us. It took him all of two seconds. I understand being understaffed, but that was a ridiculous wait for biscuits that took less than a minute to make. They also were out of a lot of stuff and it’s only 12 in the afternoon."

"Typically I don't write reviews for chain restaurants because you always know what you're going to get. Bojangles is Bojangles. You know your chicken is going to taste good and you'll be leaving the restaurant full, satisfied, and considering if you should start a diet. But I wanted to leave a 5 star review for this Bojangles location in particular. I've came into this restaurant a few more nights than I'd like to admit and every time I do, I'm consistently impressed with the staff, the manager in particular. He seems to genuinely care about his job, his staff, and the customer's experience. He and his staff are always working their tails off back there and even under the stress they never fail to greet you with a smile and genuine attentiveness."

""Tenders" were way undersized, as usual. They were all out of sauces except for buffalo sauce. This location is consistently lacking, like the other locations in North Charlotte. Bojangles has a serious quality control problem. I will not be eating at this location again. At least the drive-through lady was polite this time, which isn't always the case."

"As a Consumer, just like any one of Us out here, WE have the opportunity like never before to share out thought with regards to the Service and Quality of Food we all receive. In the past, I would frequently go to the closest Bojangles to me. Over that last several visits, it has become apparent that little is done from a Management level, Owner or Company level. I try to share my experiences based upon the People in the Service industry as well as the established. There are Great and Hardworking people out there that value the opportunity that they have been given to have a job and we need to acknowledge them as well as the opportunities the business itself may have. Today, I visited this Bojangles location and when I return home with my breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. My experience started off with a pleasant greeting from the person taking my order. He made sure that my order was taken correctly and as I wanted it. When I pulled up to the window, the person was polite, took my money and returned my change. As I pulled up to the pickup window, the next person was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The 2 workers behind the window were on point getting my order ready. When I arrived home, I took out my Breakfast and enjoyed a nice meal. Thank You to the Staff working at this location this morning. Know that You make a difference. "The experience is horrible in this store, I went through the drive thru, ordered 12 pc meal and a chicken sandwich, they made me wait for 30 minutes just to give me chicken tenders, and fries. I came back to confront the employees that they gave wrong order. The person on the drive thru said that’s all they have, I said why didn’t tell me that no more chicken and no more sides. That person blame me for his mistake and never apologized. DONT GO TO THIS STORE ITS HORRIBLE, they will take your money and blame you for their mistake."
