Bojangles

"Bojangles released an amazing new chicken and rice bowl. However, the evening shift at this location always runs out of the dirty rice and refuses to make any. One night it was 7:45pm and the next was 8:15pm. Maybe someone that cares will read this and replace the evening management."

"I frequently buy breakfast here; the food is good and the dive thru is reasonable, but sometimes there's a very long line. They sometimes forget my straw, but I usually remember to check. I don't know how it is inside."

"Came in to eat at 11 and was impressed with everything, food and service! Food hot and good! A nice young lady scrubbing the floors so it was very clean! I set back and watched these guys hustle to get drive thru out quickly. Keep up the good job!!!"

"I've always been a Bojangles fan, but must say I haven't been a fan of this location for a long time, which is a shame because it's so close. That being said, I wanted to acknowledge the changes they're making to their service in the quality of their food. The last few times I've been it's been noticeably much better. This morning I went through the drive-thru very quickly, the service was friendly, and the food was very well prepared. I'd like to thank the management and crew for the improvements they're making! They're being noticed!"

"What’s going on with customer service and advertising. Went to get breakfast and charged for something that wasn’t near what’s advertised. This looked like a kids meal at a full priced adult meal. Never again. Bojangles this isn’t satisfactory at all. I ordered a biscuit and not a flatbread."
