"I ordered food online and they gave me the completely wrong order. They didn’t even include the cookies. When I tried to call to speak to a manager it said their phone was disconnected. Terrible subway and I don’t know how they are still in business."

"A HOT THIEVING MESS! My husband made an online order on 1/6/24 which was incorrect. We went back to the store and decided to get a refund since the woman working was clearly under the influence. She told us that she couldn’t refund us in store and that we had to do it through the app which was incorrect. Then she said “Just scrape off what you don’t like. Sorry for the inconvenience” and walked away!! Then when trying to dispute the charges with our bank, we noticed that they tipped themselves 20%!! How do you steal someone’s money and think there won’t be consequences??? Don’t even walk in the door, just go somewhere else!! They will give you poor service, nasty food, attitudes, and steal your money!"

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Ordered my food on the online app picked it up and when I got home the entire order was wrong. One sandwich basically was just bread barely any meat or the toppings I asked for. Second sandwich was made wrong as well they put topping on my sandwich I didn’t even ask for. When I went back to complain about my order I was told that I could not get a refund and I can just scrap the toppping off my sandwiches I didn’t want. I was told I had to get my refund through the app and they didn’t know how to do it, told me to figure it out. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and found out not only did they make my sandwiches wrong they also took it upon themselves to tip theirselves 20% for my order, which I did not agree on. Long story short.. if you do decide to go there be mindful of the workers who are rude, obviously high on drugs, can barely speak to you properly and or make a sandwich, which tells you how to make it."

"Arrived to this subway tonight 1/3/24 at 9:30pm… google and sign on the door states they do not close until 10pm! There were two girls inside yelling they are closed despite the sign saying open until 10pm."
