"The reason why i giving 2⭐️'s is because of Tiffany. I guess that's her name for what i could see the old and messy name tag....her customer service was very unpleasant and unprofessional....we were about 3 Hispanics families and more Hispanics families showing up....she was very rude...till she found out that i was Hispanic and i could speak both languages...she changed the tone....BUT OVERALL FOOD WAS AMAZING..."

"Food was missing bacon that I paid for, everything was spoon size, daughter food wasn’t made right as well. Employee tried to lie and say i couldn’t order something that was clearly on the menu trying to overcharge! I love waffle house but I will never come during that shift, during the day them employees can cook cook at night they rude and need to stay at home messing up ppl food they pay too much for. No receipt to see what I was charged for. It was a young light skinned girl can’t remember her name, i feel like they be doing that petty stuff on purpose and it’s lame tbh ppl work too hard for money to go to waste.01/10/2024"

"K(C)rystal provided supreme service! I will go out of my way to go to this waffle house specifically to have her as my server. She was kind, engaging, funny and attentive (the food did not miss either). The music and atmosphere was a nice vibe as well."

"My friend and I decided to stop by the Waffle House for breakfast this morning. And we were not disappointed. Immediately after we entered, we were greeted by all 4 staff members that were present. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant and restrooms were all immaculate. And especially so, when you consider that they are open 24/7/365. We were allowed to choose our own seating, which made it all the more inviting and comfortable, considering the current state...of this seemingly neverending pandemic. A staff member named Ms. Lo waited on us and from beginning to the end, she was exceptionally pleasant, kind and thoughtful. As were the rest of the staff members. There was plenty of parking and everything was handicap accessible. It's been a while since my last visit; suffice it to say that my next visit will be much sooner.
