"Not the workers fault, but it's so slow to get your orders. I don't know if they get too many online orders and can't process the in store customers in time...but there's 5 orders a head of us and everyone's been sitting a while. We've been waiting for over 25 minutes which is pretty standard. The orders trickle out every 7 minutes. So if your rushed for time, don't come here!!"
"I would've given a zero if it was an option. I ordered a steak and cheese, and I use the word steak loosely, most certainly was not fresh , and barely even warm! Everyone working behind the counter tonight seemed off on another planet, just weirdly stared at me.. will not be back. Very disappointed."

"Firehouse WTH! Really, 1 slice of pastrami !! I had more mayo and mustard in this piece of bread then anything else. 2 pieces of bread because let's face it, this can not even be called a sandwich and to think I choose you over Subway! Oh... one, sorry tomato, some lettuce thrown in there and 2 pieces of onion! I can't even ! I should've read the other reviews first. Honestly, I make better sandwiches at home."
"Hook & Ladder sub was very good. The Salad was nasty. The salad could have been forgiven if the manager had treated my wife like a valued customer. She told her that it "looked just fine to her" and didn't see anything wrong with it. As a paying customer it was not appetizing at all. I've been to this location often but no more. This franchise needs to consider some customer service training or a new manager. Sorry to sound harsh but there are to many options to go for lunch to dine at at one who doesn't appreciate a customer."
