"I visited this location today and the cashier was awesome!! I got some breakfast and a medium size mocha ice coffee. Everything was amazing, fresh and hot with an outstanding customer service from the cashier, I think she might of been a manager or crew member. But my sista was awesome.."

"$45 worth of food and is just sad. Ordered 3 sets of their $5.99. 4 of them just whoppers, the other chicken and burger. Then an extra Italian chicken sandwich. All drinks were ordered without ice and they were lemonade. Got 4 whoppers and 3 chicken sandwiches. And fruit punch to drink. All had ice but 1 or 2. Still through it all didn't complain as I was exhausted from work hence why I stopped to get my kids dinner. When I got home the Italian chicken sandwich was disgusting. The bread was soggy, not only the cheese was melted into the paper but also the sauce and the chicken. As I said I was so tired I just laughed it off, and threw it out after just one bite. The one bite that also made me sick for the rest of the night. It is sad that you spend a significant amount of money somewhere and all you get is the wrong thing and extremely old food. Please do better! I highly believe I am absolutely done with Pineville."

"We love this Burger King. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Online and in person orders are always correct. We go for the Impossible Burger. I add vegan mayo and vegan cheese at home. It would be awesome if BK offered vegan cheese & mayo as well. However, as they are the only real fast food that offers a vegan burger, I can't complain! Not to mention, it's a delicious vegan burger. Kudos to Burger King!"
