"I wanted their really thin crust pizza so placed a phone order and it was ready in minutes. Quick and easy payment due to only one person ahead of me saw me out in no time."

"I went to this location and ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread my total came to 13.14 I swiped my card and the Young lady told me it didn't go through on her end after I seen the money leave my card so she suggested that I swipe my card once more I did just that and my money left my card again I then asked the lady if it's not going through then why is my card saying payment approved and have went through she easily got annoyed and quickly said you have to deal with your bank I then was nice enough to say can you use your other register and try it when she changed registers she then said it went through I orderd the same exact order which was a pizza and cheese bread but this time added marinara sauce and it came up to 10.00 so i then asked her well how now its 10 and not the 13.14 like the first two times she stated she didn't know with a very nasty attitude i then asked could ahe print me something showing where the first two transactions didn't go through she said she couldn't do that i said whats you name she said i cany tell you that i said well can I at least get corporate number she stated I can't do that when I said well then Im just going to call the police she then said my name is FURN I stayed outside called my bank and asked did they see two missing transactions they stated yes and where and what time the bank called on three way to receive the transaction number the young lady hung up on the bank I then returned back inside the store a young lady name Adrianna was able to help me with reciveing the transaction number and also the information from the two transactions that the first young swore she count give me. The way I was treated and talked to from the first lady was so unprofessional the lack of knowledge she had not to be able to give a buying customer information that was needed to verify if my transaction was approved or denied made me feel as if she had something to hide to top it off she hung up on my bank when they also tried to confirm the information that was needed to verify where my money went today was the most unprofessional situation I've ever dealt with while receiving customer service never again will I ever go to this location unless a change with employment now the Adrianna lady with the dread locs was beyond amazing with helping me with transaction numbers and she gave amazing customer service she need to definitely be manager she went above and beyond I was then able to successfully give my bank the information that they asked for whwn they were hung up on. All I can say is never again."

"Pizza and food from this location are usually great....not sure what happened this time....ordered an extra deep deep dish stuffed crust pizza as usual but something was off this time....when I picked up the box it was heavy definitely heavier than usual....I opened the box pizza looked great so I went on to work.....I heated up a piece in the air fryer at work for 5 mins and it was sizzling....I took a bite and got a doughy uncooked taste I touched the center and got uncooked dough on my finger.....so I heated it up another 3 mins which helped but there seemed to be a lot of cheese in the middle as well I got a mouth full cheese and dough....not sure if they added extra dough or put cheese in the center or what but it definitely needed to be cooked more....I'm thinking maybe a new person made the pizza or they weren't experienced in making this type of pizza but it wasn't right"

"The staff at this establishment deserves some praise! Watching them deal with irritating customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism is admirable. Whenever I have a desire for lil Caesars this will be my store and I recommend it to the masses!!"
