"location is convenient, but in my experience for the past year, too many times drinks are made wrong so I have decided not to order form the 1800 E location again. My compliant: mostly ingredients left out, cups half empty, asking light of ice and 3/4 of cup is ice, leaving out extract ingredients that I have paid extra for (e.g. extra flavoring). This has happened too many times to be one persons fault. it is 11/14/2023. I am editing my review, changing from one star to four. I have started ordering personally from this location myself again since my last review. I have also talked to friends who go to the same Starbucks and they indicated the reason for the mistakes made in preparing the drinks might be due to the fact that this location gets VERY busy and they also always have new people working there. Keeping in mind that with these factors still they keep the place clean and organized , and my friends had better experiences there, I have changed my review from 1 star to 4."

"Good starbucks. Clean interior. Staff gets our drink orders right. Always a busy store with lots of mobile orders being filled. It’s a bit hidden behind a Brueggers (if you come in from the Fordham Blvd), but it has its good amount of parking spaces. No drive thru since that’s a no-no in Chapel Hill."

"Our “frequently visited” Starbucks shop in the whole country. I liked it how they make my favorite hot or iced matcha late right. It never gets to the grassy taste, just right. The store is clean and the staffs are very friendly. We like to sit outside when the weather is fine. There’s a little creek(?) outside and you can see fish& tortoise from time to time…"
