House of Taipei

"I’ve been eating at House of Taipei since I was a little girl when it was located at University. It’s sad that it has gone so downhill… mostly since COVID-19. Their food was so delicious and fresh, but it is not anymore. The service has always been a little “rude” by American standards, but it has become terrible (with one waitress in particular). I wish it would return to the way it was… we now eat Chinese from House of Leng, the owner used to work for the original House of Taipei and it is delicious!"

"Beautiful restaurant service was super quick and efficient. My Son and I had the house special soup which he liked it a lot we ordered another serving. I had the chicken Chow Fun which is a traditional chinese dishes You can’t find at a lot of places, It’s lacking some flavor but after some soy sauce and chili oil it brings out the flavor. And I just talked to the waiter he said he had Beijing Duck…yummy.we have to come back!!!!"

"Love this place. I went for my birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. No wait, very nice staff, short turnaround for meals to come out, consistent service, prices are affordable. Food is great."

"Tasty food served up quickly. All the bar drinks we tried were yummy! The Midori Splice (?) was my favorite - I could drink this all day! My house lo mein was a generous portion with plenty of meat and shrimp. Everyone at the table enjoyed the crab Rangoon. Pro tip: if the server suggests a menu change, take their advice!"
