Arby's 7008 West W.T.Harris Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28269

"I've ordered via drive-through here probably a year ago which I don't regularly eat here. This time, I wanted wanted the gyro meal with crinkle fries, drink & salted Carmel chocolate chip cookie. The food was good. My fries were hot but needed more salt (almost bland tasting but an easy fix). Gyro was good & the cookie was served warm which is good bit if you don't eat in a reasonable amount of time it can be hard by the time you do. I like than they had a 98.5 sanitation rating which matters to me. It's connected to BP gas station. The young lady who helped me was friendly & mannerable (I wish I had gotten her name). I waited about 5-7 min for my food, but I didn't mind. I used the Arby's app to place my order right before heading to p/u. It was around 11am so probably just getting started. Staff in all black attire (maybe uniform style) but young man at the register was wearing blue jeans hanging below his behind. Not something you want to see (especially when working in food industry). Another customer came in to order. The young man didn't speak or make eye contact. He waited for another woman (assuming she may have been the mgr) to do something with the register so he could use it. She didn't speak or acknowledge either of us. A simple, "Hello! How are you doing?" can go a long way. Overall, I'd go back."

"Update: Unfortunately, the floors have not been put in and are getting dirty and it's been understaffed for while, even shutting down the counter mid day. I wish they could get back some of our favorite staff they've had in the past. It used to be a bustling friendly location. *********** I like the remodel. All the seats are cushioned now (I hate the trend towards hard uncomfortable seating of late) and it's more open. Most importantly..the drink machine is still here. Our favorite McDonald's took the fountain drink machine out. Grr. Looks like a few more things like the floor will be done but they're open"

"It. Was. Horrible...got. 2. French dip. Combos. .. drove away..checked. our bag..no. juice for French dip...went back was. Informed. They. Had. None.. fries. We're cold.. terrible service.."

"The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered two sandwiches and the roast beef was absolutely disgusting. It was dark, dry, and the consistency of beef jerky, folded on itself and stiff. I earnestly do not believe this food was safe to eat. If a human being at arbys actually reads these comments, do not respond with a feedback link. You took my money and I'm not going full out your dumb survey. "Stopped in for supper. My order was taken quickly, and the food was ready in just a few minutes. They were just making fresh fries, so that was a plus."
