"I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell locations. I have a very specific order and most locations are receptive to that. Sometimes I have to ask them to add more cheese, and I never have an issue. This location wanted to be stingy with the cheese today, even though I paid for extra cheese. I got a nearly $10 menu item and they want to haggle instead of just taking care of the customer. Message to management: some of your customers have dietary restrictions. Be more receptive. Enjoy the 1-star review."

"This Taco Bell takes the prize for being absolutely horrendous. The employees don't know the first thing about customer service, opting to do anything but their actual job. Forget about reliable operating hours; they close shop whenever it suits their whims. My recent attempt at a mobile order turned into a 10-minute ordeal of unanswered speakers, and when I finally reached someone at the window, they had the audacity to deny me a refund, sporting a look of sheer incompetence. Save yourself the headache – avoid this disastrous excuse for a fast-food joint at all costs."

"Worst Taco Bell in existence. Stood in store for 30 minutes after making a mobile order and left without receiving my food. Usually try to be understanding and not make a big deal out of these things but they more or less ignore the mobile orders entirely. So much for “skip the line”."

"Extremely slow every single time I come here! They lock the lobby doors and make you go through the drive through pretty often. Whenever the lobby is open, please expect employees to just look at you and not ask you if you need any assistance with anything. Won’t hire any new employees and the 3 employees they do have inside working move slower than the senior citizens at a nursing home. The smaller brown girl at the drive through is always nice though."
