"My absolute favorite place to shop, BUT whenever I go in: a. NEVER spoken to until I check out, b. NEVER anyone to help, let alone ask if I'd like to lay my $200+ worth of stuff down or try on, and c. just look - there's literally no one watching the store at like noon on a Monday. I could've robbed them blind (except I'm in there all the time and am a good person). Wonder what their P&L looks like? Not watching the shop? In East Charlotte? And I wasn't the only person there!!!"

"When I went in I was in a very emotional mood I was on the way to bury my mom and I needed some earrings the ladies was so very hospitable and when they found out that it was the day of my mother's funeral they tried everything they could to help with making my process easier and I was only looking for earrings but those ladies was the absolute best I found what I was looking for and I was on my way but before I left they both gave me the most passionate hug and sent me on my way even both of them had tears in their eyes so I wanted to say thank you"

If they are out of a particular item, the salesperson will walk around with me and assist me with finding an alternative piece. A great place to shop."
