"I went through drive thru. My wait was short, my food was hot and tasty, and the service was pleasant."

"Refused to give online order at drive thru and when I went inside they had forgotten sauces and told me I had to get my own drinks because I came inside, like I had a choice. When I said I didn’t want to have to come in the cashier said that’s why there’s doordash. He was loud and obnoxious. Fries are about a day old, sides are only halfway filled . Never again will I go to this location"

"At approximately 230p today, I was met with the most hostile attitude by a very hasty employee (woman) in the drive-thru. Because of this I was unable to fulfill my entire order and I am questioning whether she's use to treating customers so poorly by arguing with them all the time."

"I ordered an 8 piece meal with no thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw…I ordered crispy chicken…I get home to find out I was sold original that looked like it was dropped in hot grease again…Chicken was old and stale…So I attempt to call the store and all you can get is something that sounds like a fax line…My advice is order your chicken from another store or sit in the drive thru and make sure your order is right before you leave."

"KFC just brought back the double down which is a sandwich that both I and my husband love. We ordered it and got something else. Went to the front to speak to someone about my order and a member of management (or at least she acted like it) started reprimanding me for ordering the wrong thing and the cashier had rung up what I ordered. I showed her my receipt to prove that I had indeed ordered the right thing (because she had even told me that they did not have the spicy mayo), and she told me that I was getting bent out of shape. I never once raised my voice to her as she was speaking loudly at me and telling me that it was no big deal and that it was still the cashier's fault. I told her that I knew what I was supposed to get since I could not have lots of bread, this is a good fast food choice. Anyways, it reminded me all too well why I do not come to this particular location, and will seriously consider my options in the future."
