"My grandmother, mother, and I have shopped at this retail store for many years and this will be our last time. I went into the store to return and/or exchange a sweater I had bought for my mother and the customer service I received was very unprofessional. They have a 14 day in store return policy, in which I arrived to the store on the 14th day and was given a hard time about my return/exchange. The older lady with blonde hair (who is possibly the owner or manager) decided she would let me browse the store for something to exchange for the sweater. While I was browsing, I overheard the owner/manager older lady and another employee who was African American talking about how I should not come back to their store and that it was more than generous of them to be letting me exchange my sweater. I have never experienced this level of customer service while shopping at a high end boutique. After hearing them say those horrible things, I walked out of the store very much offended and unsatisfied, still with my sweater in hand."
