"Great place to go for authentic Mexican food. The street tacos and Birria tacos are my favorite items. The corn tortillas are made in house and can be seen right as you walk in the door. Even though it’s in an old Dairy Queen, it doesn’t take away from the food. It’s proof you don’t need Charlotte atmosphere to enjoy great food"
"Our first time here. We were very satisfied with everything. The food was so delicious. We will be going back to try EVERYTHING!!. Service was great. Our server Bricia is great friendly and very attentive. All the servers work so well together by helping each other. It was a little busy but there was no waiting for a table. And Service was fast."
"The food is amazing! One of the best chimichangas I have ever had. Empanadas were really good too. It is in an old fast foot restaurant place which kinda through me off at first but some truly extraordinary food. Service was great we had a bilingual server who spoke both languages really well. She very graciously helped us practice our Spanish. I will be going back for sure."
"Oil with a side of taco. The service was fast. I was told 10 minutes. It took maybe 5. The tacos however. I understand they’re Birria, but everything was drenched in oil. Oil was dripping from the tacos. Oil filled the plate underneath the tacos and other dip was oily as well. I honestly didn’t eat them because I was afraid I’d pay for it later with a tummy ache."
"this is my new favorite mexican spot! i’ve ate here twice (in one week). the food is so good & flavorful. i ordered quesabirria & chicken fajitas to-go. the food came out really quickly (& was still hot when i got home). the staff was really friendly. the restaurant is clean. i would most definitely recommend this place. the only thing i dislike is i can’t call or order online ahead of time for pick up."
