Domino's Pizza

"My wife put in a online order it said it would be 45 minutes we waited a hour and called the store the girl on the phone had no customer service experience at all! She told us it would be another hour before the food would be delivered but we could come pick it up. My wife asked if we would get any kind of discount the girl told her no so we canceled the order as my wife was asking what to do about a refund the girl hung up the phone we called back with no answer. Not the first we have had issues with this Domino's Pizza.."

"After my food had been out of the oven for 30 minutes, my driver finally left the stor. Once I got the notification that my driver had entered my neighborhood. I started looking out the door for him. Needless to say, he never showed uperiod. so I looked back on the map and he had done went. Back into Belmont from Charlotte. He ended up all the way back at the store. I called and spoke with a manager and he acted like it wasn't A big deal that my food had already been out for an hour now and the driver came to my house. Pretty much but didn't drop my food off. I ended up having to call back and cancel my order and go to a different location and pay out of my pocket instead of using points."

"Significantly better than the Gastonia location!! Pizza was cooked to perfection. Should be a standard, but the pizza was sliced all the way through which is appreciated. Bread bites were the best I've had! Staff was friendly even though I got there right before close. This location is further than the Gastonia location but absolutely worth the extra drive!!"

"The store is well run. The people are friendly and efficient. The product is great and has flipped me (a pizza hut fan). Hats off to the staff for good food, good delivery service, and great people."

"Not sure what others are talking about but our past 2 experiences have been fantastic and consistent. Great disbursement of toppings, cooked well, and done on time. Maybe it’s because they weeknights and basic menu items. Not sure but no complaints here"
