"Within the space of 4 weeks my wife and I both went to the Indian Land O'Reilly auto parts store for batteries. Both times, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In both cases, they replace the battery for us and when one of the cable connectors broke, they fixed that too, and didn't charge for the extra part. Great service! We highly recommend them."

"What incredibly great customer service I got from Sean at this location yesterday! I went in there feeling apprehensive because I know ZERO about cars, but my car needed oil. When I went in, all of the staff greeted me in a friendly way and asked if they could help. I told them what I needed, and Sean offered to help me find it. He's a super friendly, non-pushy kind of guy. He helped me pick out the right things (not the most expensive), rang me up, then showed me how to put the oil in my car. So, something I was nervous about turned into a great experience. This will be where I go to from now on. And thank you for the great service Sean!"

"Cassie, is A M A Z I N G !!!!! I went to O' Reilly's two days ago to get a light bulb for my Sonata. With no hesitation Cassie checked me out AND she helped me install the bulb. I mentioned I was struggling to fix the light on my truck. Immediately, she said.. "bring it up here and we will figure it out." Visited today and BAM! Cassie kept her word! I am incredibly grateful for her help! I have been avoiding this repair for a while as many men have mentioned it was a difficult job to do. Despite the cold weather, Cassie assisted me and did not complain one time. Women ROCK and I'm all for supporting women in male dominated roles. We don't always have men stepping in to help us. So it was reassuring to have her assist me! Plus I never felt like I was being hustled. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH CASSIE! You are AWESOME! Wishing you great success in your role! I appreciate you!"

"What a life saver. Cassie was amazing! I went to start my car the day before and realized that my car was dead. I suspected a dead battery It was not sure as it had been working the day before so I called O'Reilly's and spoke with Cassie. Cassie was super helpful on the phone. When I asked her if I could have the battery changed, without a second thought she said absolutely, no problem. I was able to get it accomplished the same same day, and she was super efficient. The actual process only took about 10-15 minutes. While she was working on the battery, we got to talk, and she was super friendly and made it a much better process than it could have been. Also, it was super helpful because they use a diagnostic tool to in fact verify that it was only the battery that was bad which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I've had great success with this shop in the past. Everyone has been super helpful, but Cassie went above and beyond today and I just want to share my appreciation. Thanks Cassie! So ladies, If you want someone who seems very knowledgeable, super helpful and very trustworthy Cassie is your go-to!!"
