"I love this store, they were so helpful in helping me choose a couch and with the whole experience. I have to say in my 51 yrs. I haven't come across that many stores that have good customer service but Badcock in Mooresville is one of those great stores. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family. A special Thank you to Hana, Tonya, Pam, Luis and Michael. Thank you guys soooo much !!!"
"This was THE BEST buying experience! I worked with Judy who was an absolute joy to work with! She made it a very enjoyable buying experience! Love Babcock's!!"
"I order a new couch online and in a few days was contacted by the nearby store when it would arrive and then called again when it arrived. Two men loaded on my trailer for me, and I was on my way home. This couldn't have been a better shopping experience. Excellent !!! Thank You"
"Today I was shopping in a store next to this location and arrived around 4. I parked my brand new car in a space that didn’t have anything parked on either side of it, when I came out at 6 the delivery truck for this location was parked literally less than 3” from my passenger side. I went in and asked for them to move the truck so my diabetic mother could get in and because we needed to make sure the delivery truck hadn’t hit my car. The staff said they didn’t have a key and the driver parked it at 1 and left. They then called the manager but told me they couldn’t get in touch with him. One employee was texting him pictures though. They refused to move the truck. I had to wait on the police, with a diabetic senior and an infant, to be able to move my vehicle. I am appalled at the lack of concern and the carelessness of the staff here. We just sold all of our furniture and moved to NC from GA and purchased a 3500sq ft home that needs literally all furniture but a crib. My sisters closes on her large home this week and my brother just bought one also. None of us will be purchasing furniture from badcock after today."
