Sonic Drive-In

"I have never been to this location and had good service. Order may have been right once or twice. Insane when you order ahead (knowing the service is slow) and still see people pull up and order and get their food before you. I’d understand a small shake or tots… I’m saying they get full orders before I get my orders.. I guess having to call them back when they forgot all my sauces wasn’t that bad considering I got a random Oreo milkshake? Absolute garbage location.. The best example… look at the review where sonic responded “yay, we love this”"

"Dont order from door dash and expect to get your order especially when you spend $100 and get someone else's order than don't even come close to how much you've spent when most of order was for kids. I called sonic to tell them they didn't send the right order and I got they didn't have my order... if you didn't see my name or my order then how did you give the dasher food and the dasher come to my house???? I then called door dash just to be told they couldn't refund me or replace my order. So my $100 went down the drain. The only thing sonic has for them are that they make the best milk shakes and a few of the employees are really nice."

"The food is way overpriced. I got a quarter pound double cheeseburger. It was the same size as a McDonald's mcdouble. Corn dogs were not fresh and one was smashed. My caramel milkshake looked like the poured cherry juice on top. Hardly any whipped cream. Kids ice cream cups were half melted when they got them. There card machine is trash. Took 3 different debit cards to pay. All of them have money and work. It wasn't my card. Only nice thing was the server. I should have read the reviews first. This place is not what it was years ago. Will never spend another dime here."

"Ocean water made with sprite zero for me, and shakes for everyone else. The worker said they weren't serving food that day, so we just got drinks. They always forget to put extra cherries in. Oh well. Its ok. York, Sc location EDIT: July 18, 2022: Got our order wrong, left out a large tater tot, the double bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, we asked for easy ketchup and mustard… they PILED it on. All of the food was ice cold and they wont answer their phone! Do NOT go here! We threw away the burgers"

"Just about 15 minutes ago... First off after 23 minutes and for $26 and a $4 tip I got 2 "super sonic double bacon double patty" burgers, 2 mozzerella stick orders and a large tot order... I have added pics of one of the burgers... Saddest burgers ever!! For a ridiculous price and wait!!! I was told they only had one cook and that's fine... Can deal with the wait and price too but for THAT?!?! Come on guys I know you can do better than that!!! If it wasn't storming so bad out I'd be right back there to get my money back!!! What a shame..."
