"The lady at the front was very rude. I had an online order that was supposed to be ready when i arrived to find that it wasnt even put thru the system yet she wasnt able to explain as to why the store and app where not in sync. Nor was she willing to make the order until it came thru. Very uphappy with my visit today. Customer service should be a priority when dealing with the public. Period."

"We went to the Bojangles in York, SC on December 8, 2023 at 7:38 pm. Your website says they are open until 11 pm, the hours listed on the door to the dining room says it is open until 9:00 pm. The door for dine-in was locked. There was a line for the drive through with only about two cars back from the place to order. Two employees were in the dining area dancing and playing around. When we tried to enter, believing they were open, we were told they were too busy to open the dining area. You just lost my family's patronage of your restaurant. We drove by an hour later, after having eaten somewhere else and the dining room had customers eating inside."

"I couldn't give a zero stars rating, but if it were possible, I would have. We were 3rd in line on the inside. Just before our order was taken, the cashier walked away to fill other orders.....for 25 minutes. Upon her return, she did apologize, but with attitude. She seemed to have trouble understanding simple English as I had to repeat my order multiple times. It also seemed I was meant to tell her what her job was, as she kept asking me how to ring it up. Once the order was made, it took more than another 25 minutes to get the order. Meanwhile, there was no tea in the lobby, and the inside was filthy. When we finally got the order, it was incorrect as it was missing an order of potato rounds, and there was no jelly. I went back to the counter to be greeted with more attitude. I had to wait another 10 minutes for COLD food (the rest was cold too), and when I asked for jelly, she said I should have ordered it with the food. I told her, "Sorry, I assumed you would know the words jelly biscuit would imply jelly should be included with the biscuit." The food was cold, the wait was beyond ridiculous, and the service was terrible! We will not be back to this "fast food" place."

"Got sausage and gravy biscuits. Had no flavor , fries were cold and dry, coffee was so strong could not drink it. First time trying this meal very disappointing."
