"Never had a person at counter give us such great service. We even gave her a nice tip. The food and drinks were even brought to our table. Fast and hot. Very clean restaurant. Great experience ."

"Never been treated so rudely by a fast food manager. Customer service was awful. He said that he couldn't do anything about it taking an additional 15 minutes for my online order when I commented on it. Then he told his coworkers I was upset because I had to pay 85 cents for dipping sauce. Customer service isn't a thing anymore it seems, but I'll not set foot in this store again. There was no acknowledgment of a delay. I wasn't rude nor did i raise my voice, because i could tell he was stressed. Just disappointing all around as a regular customer."

"This Bojangles is consistently one of the worst I have experienced. The management and staff have poor attitudes and don’t appear to want to be working there. Bojangles food has gone down hill over the years with this location always give you over cooked chicken strips. In addition, they are always out of cold slaw. Update: I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they gave me a Bo’s chicken sandwich."

"The food at this location has always been better than others. However, the staff (Monday Dec. 11 at 1:23 pm) were AWFUL. The lady taking orders (red shirt) kept interjecting to ask if we were done ordering after we noted which drink we’d like (still hadn’t said which sauce to complete the order). We wanted to make our orders a large size but never got the chance to indicate so because we were cut off from speaking. The lady handing out the orders walked away from us as soon as we asked for an extra BBQ sauce. We ended up asking the lady ordering - she rolled her eyes and said “43 cents”. When we paid for the extra sauce she slammed the sauce into my husbands hand. I understand fast food won’t have 5 star service. However to be treated so rudely, to the point where we couldn’t get the order we wanted originally, is absolutely insane. Fix your staffs attitude! Edit: We went back to see if breakfast (12/19/2023 around 9:10) would be this locations redemption. Sadly, it was not. We ordered biscuits and gravy and were stunned to find the smallest amount of gravy we’ve ever seen on a biscuit from any restaurant, not just Bojangles. Typically the biscuits are smothered to where you can’t see the biscuit. While I agree that’s overkill in terms of quantity, I do expect more than a literal smear of gravy. Officially crossing this location off the list."

"2 days ago tried ordering thru app, all day the system was down. I work across the street and eat here for most of my meals. This day I couldn't order at all. Went in, but since coupons are codes for the app, they can't honor it in the store. Yes I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit. Ordered right after they opened for the day, had to wait in line for my mobile order because the doors were locked again. And then my biscuit was overcooked and hard. The chicken was dry. A few days ago I ordered 6 boberries for my coworkers, I paid for them and got there, waited in drive thru, get to window and was told they were out. Since I ordered through the app, I didn't know this. Also since using the app, at the pickup time I was charged for them. I asked for refund and was told had to call customer service. That didn't get me anywhere."
