Dunkin'

"i been staying 5 minutes from this dunkin since i was a toddler & now that i’m grown they haven’t done nothing but gotten worse! EVERYTIME i go the coffee is burnt & i have coffee atleast twice a week but this location it’s BURNT, i rarely go to this location but when i just think to give it a try instead going across town for an iced coffee i keep having to tell them my iced coffee isn’t great and they give me ATTITUDE, i went yesterday 1/22/2024 and the man with disability checked me out at the drive thru and got extremely hostile because i asked him why was my iced coffee dark brown and tasted horrible he snatched my drink and started raising his voice at me, he asked what did i want now? as i initiated to tell him what i wanted to substitute the drink for he screamed and said do you want a refund huh cause that’s nothing, AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW on me, my sister and 3 year old, as he’s getting my refund he calls the other staff over to tell them and they came to window with him laughing and looking in my car.. my thing was he was only working the register the other 2 people made the drinks i truly didn’t understand why he was so darn angry when he didn’t do anything but stand at the window until the drinks were ready that’s what made me laugh.. if they could be shut down cause the lack of things they don’t do that’ll be great! as someone who works with consumers with plenty disabilities for over 5 years you’d think some of them would have a decency & courtesy especially when working in the real world where it’s actually people that’s NASTY to others for no reason but he was awful & beyond past rude! i will NEVER return to this location!"

"I should have went to Krispy creme the absolute worst service the manager would not help the new lady for like 15 like he was busy sweeping when there wasn't anyone else even in the store. He acted like he could care less. Then they close at 6 but at 415 he says we close soon so I can't have food at all just donuts with were almost all gone, so you know they didn't have what I wanted. At least my coffee was good. The managers name is James"

"Definitely two times super bad experiences in this place, I asked for a coffee without sugar and they didn't care and they always put sugar in it, don't visit this place if you are diabetic because they don't care and they give you sugar in your coffee"

"Sweet employes and great coffee, everytime! I made a mistake on a mobile order and the employee was very patient with me and fixed it. I wish I'd gotten his name."

"This place need's to be investigated, and OSHA needs to come here. You don't make employee's use ECOLAB pesticides after closing. With no protection and clearly violating OSHA/EEOC laws. (See the can in the picture.) Management take's advantage of their best employee's, making them stay hours after their shift is over, telling them if they leave they will be written up, because the assistant manager want's to go outside and talk on the phone and smoke, while customers are walking into the store, so "prep" isn't done in a timely manner. Then management like's to overstep personal boundaries by telling employee's they can't answer the phone after the employee's shift is over, and even going so far as to take an employee's phone to argue with someone, and when asked to return the phone to the employee, turned verbally violent. Totally unprofessional. As a company you don't get to hold people/employee's hostage, or intimidate them through threat's of "write-up's". People that behave this way should not be in management position's."
