"I did not have the best experience with my rug dr repair. The repair prices changed three times due to which customer he was contacting being mixed up. It took almost two weeks for repairs to be completed just to pick up and realize NOTHING had been fixed. When I called to let him know, he was very argumentative and would not give us our money back. Promised if we brought it back in, it would be fixed this time. In the end three weeks later it was fixed. This was a very exhausting process in which I do not feel owner was professional or courteous at times. I would not recommend this company for repairs."

"Chris is excellent to work with! Dyson had recommended All Brand Vacuums to repair my Dyson humidifier. I thought it would be a stretch, but I called ahead & Chris said he would take a lool at it. I dropped the machine off a few days later. Chris is very friendly & honest. He explained that he would do his best & see if Dyson would provide assistance on how to repair. Sadly, it couldn't be repaired, but I appreciated Chris' attempt & honesty."

"Absolutely fantastic. Nine months ago took my Dyson to the authorized repair shop in Charlotte and was not pleased. Same problem occurred and I told Dyson send me somewhere else. This is how I ended up at All Brands. Chris did a great job and our Dyson actually works better than new because he found a gasket out of place which was a factory defect (the other place missed it). Highly recommend if you want reliable, friendly and most of all competent service then go see Chris."
