"It seems I'm not alone in stating that the staff of this store needs to be retrained in basic customer skills. During my visit, the team was more concerned with their own conversation then with my very simple order. Needless to say, my order was incorrect I did not have the time for them to break up their conversation amongst themselves,, epic fail for Starbucks!"

"So went this store tonight placed a mobile order at 7:27 got there at 7:34 one min before our pick up time which was 7:35 and was met with a ignorant rude worker saying we needed to be there 5-7 minutes before. The store was dead no one in line and six Baristas just standing around. When we got to the window we watched them stand around get on their phones and just waste time while running their mouths then finally got our drinks at 7:38 then when I asked why wasn’t our drinks ready five minutes ago she tried to then tell me I had just place the order ( it was printed on the cup) then say that I was wrong and her supervisor heard what she said. So I guess all six of them are just lazy, rude and illiterate. Just because you’re under paid doesn’t mean you’re rude to the people that provide tips.. if she spent less time running her mouth and on TikTok maybe she’d get paid more."

"I come to this location pretty regularly and today I just had a rather disappointing experience with one of the staff. Jessica attempted to argue with me about the refill policy. When I pulled up Starbucks policy for her to read she proceeded to rudely take my order and not even apologize for HER MISTAKE she could’ve handled it 100x better."
