Pizza Hut

"Placed an order for delivery at 9:23 pm (store closes at 11)….got the tracking link shortly after, when i went to track it about 10-15 mins after getting link (it was said to be delivered at 11:12pm) it said “order cancelled”. I called the customer service number and they then transferred me to the store - i was transferred at 10:48 pm……i sat on the line until 10:57 pm when it disconnected without getting to speak to anyone. Wish i would have gotten a notification that it was cancelled sooner or at all for that matter. Very disappointing and horrible customer service. I never write reviews but this was pathetic. I will never know why the order was cancelled i guess lol. I love Pizza Hut and i never order out or get food delivered so i was really looking forward to treating myself lol."

"Ordered and then got a text saying the order was cancelled but the website says its being made. I keep calling but no one ever answers the phone. Money was taken from my card. If I get a pizza by the end of the day, I'll update the review. Horrific customer service, just get pizza from somewhere else."

"I just don’t get why people get jobs doing customer service if you are not going to care for the customer. Why I feel this way? Well let me tell you. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and two orders of wings. One pizza beef, one pepperoni simple. I got one beef and a cheese, called up there and told one man the problem.He put me on hold and someone else got on the phone. I told him the problem, he acted like he cared. He asked for my ticket number and told me to hold on so he could get my information. Two minutes later, the phone hangs up. I thought it was nice to have a Pizza Hut so close to my house and I was a loyal customer, but now I don’t think I will be ordering from here again."

"If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered through the app last night and never even recieved my order. Ordered at 8:28pm they didn’t text me about delivery going out until 10:25pm. Attempted to call the store SEVERAL times and they simply don’t answer the phone at all. Been calling today since they opened at 10am STILL no answer I keep getting to the call center just to be transferred to the store and they literally don’t answer the phone. Do not order from here or frequent this location they are TRASH!"

"Michaela called with her sweet voice to ask if it was okay to send a different type of pizza but still same topping to our delivery because the type of crust we ordered was not available at that moment.....how could I say no? So friendly and kind .... Thank you for the courtesy call it means a lot .... in my opinion most companies would just send with the attitude of not caring. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me."
