"I walked 20 minutes in the rain for pozole and this was well worth it. Great little place. The food was as good if not better than what I used to get living in the Mexican area of East Los Angeles. Waitress was super kind and helpful, restaurant immaculately clean."

"The menu was not very descriptive even in Spanish. I tried what they called Honduran, which I never had before, served with fried banana chips and a certain sauce. I didn't know what to expect but it tasted really good to me . It was called Carne Asada de Honduran. A very crunchy textured meal but I enjoyed it."

"Update: I went for their half off tacos special on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was expecting the tacos to be $2 a piece. I ordered 4 and asked if they came with complimentary chips and salsa. The cashier said “yes“. I was expecting to pay $8 and was instead charged $16. These tacos were so small I couldn’t believe it. The cashier instead was charging me the full price of the tacos, which were $3.99. I asked what about the chips and salsa, the cashier charged me $2.50 for that in addition to $2.50 for a cup of Horchata. My grand total came to $21.41 for the food. Unbelievable. I walked out of there ASAP I went to Taco Bell’s. That is a rip off if I ever saw one and price gouging to the max. The environment is cool the staff is cool, but there is no way I will ever return to this place of business again. Go to Maria’s restaurant at the intersection of Tyvola and South Boulevard."
