Despite discovering a related electrical problem connected to my heating issue, Dale called me after leaving my house, having taken more time with his supervisor to investigate my challenge further. As they knew about the electrical situation from their initial install, He went the extra effort to go get the needed new electrical switch and come back to my house within the hour to fix everything. I was very pleased and grateful. It’s no longer 50 degrees in my house in January! This is my first experience with J & S and I’m very happy. A good first impression.
