"Food is PHENOMENAL, I’ve been vegan for awhile and think this is one of the best mac and cheese recipes I’ve tried. The meatloaf and collards were also perfectly seasoned. A really comforting soul-food type of dinner. You get a great amount of food. Overall 5/5 I am only giving 4 stars because we waited a cumulative hour to receive our to go orders of 2 meatloaf dishes. Perhaps this was just an off day, but it was a very lengthy waiting period despite ordering online. When we arrived to pick up the online order they asked us what sides I wanted which was confusing. They actually submitted it/started to make it when we arrived which is the opposite of what I expected. We also had to change what we ordered several times because things were unavailable. Not sure if we’ll be back yet, if the logistical/order taking process is fixed this place will become a staple in our rotation. I definitely recommend calling instead of ordering online. I hope this business continues to do well!"

"My favorite things about this spot are that it is rooted in life with books for all ages, good energy, food, and products to nourish mind, body, and soul. The mimosa cake was too good to believe it was vegan. It is a soft, super moist bundt cake packed with flavor. It tastes like cake you get on the side from the old school church fish /chicken fry. I ordered brussel sprouts and a jack fruit bowl. While it wasn't prepared how I envisioned, it was very good. The meal was flavorful and delicious. The service was superb, which was the icing on the cake. I recommend Love In Action for soulful vegan food and community networking."

"The food was delicious and very flavorable. Nice big portions. The fried mushrooms were a great appetizer very crunchy loved them. Plenty of options on the menu hopefully I'll be able to go on a Tuesday to try out taco Tuesday."
