"Susan working the Fitting rooms was an absolute GEM of a human being. She was incredibly helpful and kind and made the shopping experience so memorable. I originally came to purchase just 1 pair of yoga pants and I always have to get them altered because I am very petite and she guided me on how to order and get them hemmed properly. She was so helpful I ended purchasing 3 pairs instead of one. It was near closing and they let me finish my purchase without feeling rushed. Really great store but Susan is absolutely wonderful. "Everything was fine until it was time to try on clothes. Why they got 1 star is because they saw us waiting and when one came available we were still waiting until I asked if my daughter could try on clothes. She said of course and then walked off. So my daughter goes in and I write her name on the board like they did for everyone else except for us. I also told my daughter if she needed anything to let me know because obviously we were the only ones who didn't get the kind of service that I saw people in front of us and after us get. We drove an hour away just to go to this store! Highly disappointed in the customer service."
