"I placed a large order for my staff at lunch. Prior to ordering I called the store to see if it would be possible to get the order done within 1 hour. The person on the phone was very rude and stated they would try. I informed her that I would come in and sit, and if they were unable to finish in time it was totally fine. When I got to the store they were really busy, so I sat over to the side. When the order was done the manager just said “here” and slammed it on the counter. I have worked in fast food as a manager, and I understand working in stressful situations. But being rude to the customer is not going to make it better. I would definitely recommend more training"
