"I broke a brake line on my truck Saturday. Went to oreillys first thing 9:15 Sunday morning to get a universal brake line. Had all the parts and tools to piece it together in my hands when I told them about the Dorman kit which they looked up and told me they could have it there at 3:00. I told them how important it was for me to get the truck back on the road for work the next day and after weighing the pros and cons decided a fitted line was better, manager even gave me shop price and I thanked him on my way out the door. At 3:00 I called to see if my part was in and was told their truck was late to call back in about 25 minutes. Called back at 3:30 and same guy told me truck still hasn’t arrived so he got the manager who sold me the part and he said to call back at 4:00 that’s when the truck would be there. Called back at 4:15 and was told again that the truck was very late and to call back. At that point I asked wouldn’t it be better for them to call me when the truck arrives and he said keep calling about every 30 minutes until it arrives. Called back at 5:00 and that’s when they finally leveled with me that my part didn’t come in and wouldn’t come at all today. So basically it’s clear that I was flat out lied to about my part. Truck won’t be fixed in time now. Oreillys totally screwed me"

Brian went the extra mile and helped me change my break light switch and even changed my break light for me. I would highly recommend this store ! Great customer service, advice and amazing personalities."
