"Rep worked really hard to match up my part but they just didn't have what I needed"

"Went in for radiator fluid. On the shelf it said one price but rang up another at the counter. I said the shelf says otherwise and the employee said it was wrong. So I grabbed another brand and that too rang up differently than the shelf price. I said this can't be two mistakes and he said that corporate changes the prices all the time and they can't keep up with the stickers. I said that's not my fault and he said it wasnt his either. He gave a $2 discount off the rung price (the prices were off by $5 - $10). I don't intend to go back and would have just left if I weren't in such need."

"Great prices and customer service. I used to be a hardcore Autozone customer, but im not sure what happened sometime around 2014 or 15 when their prices seem to have gone through the roof. Now I shop exclusively at Advance Auto."
