Pizza Hut

"I ordered a pizza on 2/1/24 at 6:25pm and waited until 7:25 no pizza arrived. I called up and ask why is it taking so long for my pizza to be delivered? They responded your pizza was listed for “PICK UP” are you kidding me? So I explained I said “DELIVERED” the lady over the phone said ma’am I’m so sorry for our mix up it’ll be delivered to you in 35 minutes. It’s going on now 8:42 I just got off the phone with them and said “How would you feel if you waited for your pizza you requested to be delivered, and it took a little over two hours”? I wouldn’t even won’t the pizza anymore. So to continue they tried to make it better, did I pay for it no I shouldn’t be like this horrible customer service!"

"Hands down best pizza hut experience I've ever had. Food was emaculent in looks and taste. Thank you to the crew that worked Dec 6th at about 11:30. I didn't catch your names but I wish I did."

"The pizza was good and customer service was good. The only reason I'll give a 4 star instead of a 5 is because I repeated my order 3 times over the phone but it still was wrong. I still ate it though and it was good. They just forgot something so I was a little annoyed when I found out but only because I was repeating myself"

"Placed an order on their app and did not get my whole order when it was delivered. Called up there for them to make it right and they said they couldn't because it was "too busy" they only offered a credit to my pizza hut account. Which i declined and told them they needed to make it right then they said i needed to bring back my whole order and then they would give me what i missing? How does that make sense? Also was hung up on 3 times. Currently on hold for the manager."
