"I would give the people who work in this Dunkin Donuts a negative 5 stars if possible. They have the worst attitudes, don’t listen, or know what they’re doing. When you get to the window they have to re-ask everything about your order again because they weren’t listening the first time. Just saying “Yah. Yah. Yah.” Whenever you’re ordering. Really low quality people in there. OH, and after being asked at the window, I still got the wrong order."

"I have spent a lot of money at this specific location, I’ve always been nice and friendly w the staff, the women at the drive thru are sweet. However, I’ve just experienced where my card was charged way more than my order the day after I visited the store. Management definitely disappointed with the way they handled the situation. The manager Sabrina is not qualified to manage or deal with customers. She became immediately combative, offensive, irritable because I advised her this seems like criminal activity which, things of that nature happen everyday. She wanted to argue rather than address the situation and figure out WHY me a loyal customer of this establishment, had their card over charged and how they could make it right. Long story short she did not resolve my issue, she did not figure out why this happened and she did not issue a refund even for the original amount I did spend for my inconvenience. I will be disputing with my bank. Very disappointing, if you like to keep your money and only be charged for what you purchased don’t visit this location."

"I was unfortunate enough to have stopped here this past Saturday. I was treated disrespectfully by the window cashier and the wannabe manager who had a horrible attitude. Make matters worse both of my children were present in the car and witnessed the whole situation. This made my daughter very uneasy. The worse possible Dunkin you could stop at. I advise you not to. They will Make your drinks incorrectly and be mad (nasty) that they have to fix it. Also made my drink incorrectly the second time. I didn’t even bother at that point."

"It's been a hot minute since I patronized this dunkin' donut location due to old prior experience. Today was an excellent experience filled with positive energy. My order was ready, and I was greeted by my name. LOVE IT! The coffee came with good energy and tasty."
