"I went into the store this evening. Here it is the 6th day in February and the Black History cups are not even out. The young had to go look for them in the back. I waited for about ten minutes only for her to tell me, she couldn't get in contact with her manager and wasn't able to sell me the cup. Ridiculous!"

"This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been through. I was there today, 23 January at 9 AM and the drive-through Hispanic guy was EXTREMELY RUDE. I requested to speak to the manager and apparently it was her day off. I left without paying for my order because of his attitude. I’m sure I’m not the first person to do this at that location. If losing business and getting negative reviews online is ok with corporate then that tells you about that company. I also will be following up with corporate. Being a business owner myself I find this behavior unacceptable. This employee should be reprimanded and possibly fired."

"This place is a joke that honestly needs to be run by people with some types of manners. The whole crew at this place needs to be replaced. Don't wanna work, don't come to work . You get paid by your company just because someone thosent tip you enough doesn't mean you have to put them at the back of the line, unbelievable honesty people should be embarrassed."
