"We visited the Cracker Barrel, North Myrtle Beach, SC, on February 5, 2024. Lauren was our server and was very attentive and delightful. She made our dinner very enjoyable. All of the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Also, Our food was very tasty. We will definitely visit again."

"Took my 88 year old Mom today for lunch. Was quickly seated than sat for 15 minutes after being told they would be right with us. As we sat there noticed a table not cleared the entire time, a table next to us waiting as well. As we were leaving I told the host and she said I had to wait to tell the manager. I told her I was not waiting any longer and she replied I had to, to tell the manager. A shame. My mom loves Cracker Barrel, and was excited to one of our regular spots. Needless to say we will not be visiting this location again."

"The service was terrible…..this was the second time in a row that the service was bad. We were seated promptly, but evidently we were forgot about. We sat there for 35 mins, when I finally went to the hostess and inquired what was up….she apologizes and stated someone would be with us right away. It was nearly another 10 mins before we were attended to. Fortunately the food was good. But the service made for a less than acceptable experience. I’m a rewards member as well….so I go to Cracker Barrel often. The sad part….it really wasn’t that busy, as there were some open tables. Food 5 stars, Service 0 stars Restaurant 3 stars"

"We have stopped into and eaten as well as enjoyed over 20 Cracker Barrel's over the years and this one is another example of why you should stop in. First the entry is welcoming with the rockers and an unbelievable General Store as you can see by the pictures. We had dinner, me the Meatloaf Bill the Pot Roast style Roast Beef. Both were served hot and very good. I had a Sweet Potato side that was very good. Simply CB is a good safe stop. Now our only negative is the rather dark parking lot, guys you need more lights as most of your customers are senior and could use a better light source."

"Wow it's a sad day! Came to celebrate a friend's birthday for breakfast and wound up eating it at lunch time. Kept being told it's the new and inexperienced cooks fault! No that's a failure of the management not the new cooks fault! We had two checks for our table so half the food came out then the other folks had to wait another 20 minutes to get their food. We had ate and the plates collected before they got their food. Again we were told it's the cooks fault. Then their order was incorrect and again it's the cooks fault. Man I guess he is having a hard time being run over by that bus so many times. Then the sausage was not at all cooked on the inside and I guess that was his fault! LoL we tried to talk to the manager but he's to busy on his tablet seating more customers to worry about the ones that are already seated. Update: Cracker Barrel corporate contacted me asking for more information. Then the New manager also contacted me and was very apologetic about the experience as well. I am very impressed that they take time to read reviews and try to make things right! Great job!!!! We look forward to many more meals as we seem to always eat at a Cracker Barrel on every trip we take no matter where we go!"
