Panera Bread

"Everywhere says this place opens at 0530 - myself and a few others are patiently waiting for them to open and an employee told us that they’re not opening until 0600. Someone waiting suggested (not in a mean way) that they change the sign to reflect the accurate opening time and the employee said no and was extremely rude about it. There were people putting in their order on the app who probably thought it opened at 0530 as well since that is what it states online and on the sign but probably won’t get their food because of this and their flight leaves. I almost placed my order on the app as well and so happy I didn’t."

"The wait time is to infinity and beyond. Regular Panera wait time as about 2 minutes, not twenty. At least the the food right. The food was half the quality for sure. At a busy airport and these travel prices the food needs to be done fast enlighten and correct. Please diversify your staff to include all races. Watch out for the flies eating your pastry before you do."

"I ordered the Mediterranean warm bowl with chicken. It was gross. The amount of chicken was ridiculous & the pieces were dry & discolored."

"Panera Bread/restaurant Surprisingly good food came out of this restaurant. Super easy kiosk food ordering system. Lots of people placed orders at the same time. You pay with cc at the kiosk so no making change or cashiers to slow the process down. However only one (chef) food prep person was slow. The lady at the counter seemed completely overwhelmed and confused. No tables or place to eat. Take and go. No utensils to cut the large sandwich. Ordered a pepperoni chicken sandwich. Flavorful. Bread portion was really good. Much better than a typical bun at other fast food places."

"I like Panera, but not this one. The service was awful. You order at the computer (they were taking some orders in line), they put your order in the queue, then you wait to be called. It was a long wait, so don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick bite. They got my order wrong twice. First they put cheese on it and forgot the avocado ($2.50!) & dressing. The second time, they didn’t put cheese on it but still forgot the avocado and dressing. I was inconvenienced because I had to wait for them to fix it. Luckily, I had a while for my layover. If I didn’t, I definitely would’ve been stressed. The people were nice, I was just frustrated that it happened twice. There’s a full screen with flight info right across from it though, so that was nice."
