"Conway location of this fast growing Pawleys Island breakfast, brunch and lunch chain with over 40 locations. In 1997, Chris Skodras opened the first Eggs Up Grill and it has grown since then. Locally owned and operated by a franchisee who shares the same passion for providing guests with freshly prepared, tasty food, warm hospitality and friendly service. Large dining area with a choice of padded booths, tables and chairs and counter seating. Busy Saturday morning got us in, seated and our drinks with no delay. Ali was our server and she was personable and commendable. Our Waffle Sandwich, made it a double, came with a large, soft waffle cut in half with two fried eggs, crispy bacon stuffed inside and topped with a slice of American cheese. For an extra cost, we ordered the home fries; seasoned, diced red russet potatoes with the skins on. Simple presentation with the “Eggs Up” logo imprinted on the waffle, quality ingredients and flavor. Would have preferred the waffle to be a tad bit crispier, but over all doable and delicious."
