"I gave them 1 star because they were friendly at the store, I also have them 1 star because I brought in the battery to my vehicle suspecting it was dead. They tested it and told me that it was still good, putting out 12.66 volts. I thought something else was wrong with my vehicle so I called a tow truck, the driver asked if he could try something and he used a jump box on my old battery and my vehicle started right up! It was my battery after all... so that was $40 for them to come out and then I went to Auto Zone and bought a new battery for $200. Would not recommend O'Reilly in Shallotte!"
