"I have used Allied Vacuums for years. I have always had long haired cats for pets and tried every vacuum recommended for pet hair. None lasted for any length of time. I bought a used commercial Hoover about 10 years ago and it is still working great. Fortunately they also maintain vacuum cleaner bags for every machine they sell. I recently bought new light weight vacuum for hard wood floors from Allied and it is also very good and equally sturdy to my Hoover."

"The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable. I broke a belt and he explained that my model shampooer takes 3 different belts. He was unfortunately out of the one I broke so he ordered one and I had it the next day. I appreciated this so much because my manual didn't state that it had 3 different size belts. And 2 different stores as well as myself would have ordered the wrong one. I appreciate the extra time and effort he gave me."
